• Establish as a resource organization of land and agrarian rights and government recognizes as an expert organization
• Land Rights, Livelihood strengthening programme at local government
• MoU with local government, federal government and UN-agencies to solve the problems of landless and informal settlers
• Involve in action research on land and agrarian rights
• Government forms High Level Land Commission to return back Encroached Guthi and Pubic Land and Executive Director of CSRC appointed as a member of commission
